Information we collect
If you use the contact form, we store the name, email address, topic, message, and receipt time that you submit in a private WordPress inbox. Server logs may record an IP address, time, requested page, browser type, and technical errors for security and operations.
Downloads
Downloading a workbook does not require an account, payment, or email address. The public theme does not load advertising or analytics services at launch.
How information is used
We use submitted information to review requests, investigate reported workbook issues, secure the site, and diagnose failures. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and location
Hosting and essential technical providers may process limited technical data to deliver their services. Processing can occur in the United States, Canada, or another jurisdiction where a provider operates.
Retention
Contact messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for review and follow-up. Server logs follow the host's security and rotation schedule unless longer retention is required to investigate abuse or comply with law.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information we control, subject to applicable exceptions. Use the Contact page and select Other. We may need to verify identity before releasing or changing information.
Patient and other sensitive records
The public site is not designed to collect patient records, claim details, passwords, payment information, or other sensitive operational data. Do not include them in a contact message. Downloaded templates run locally and do not make Clinic Ops Desk your practice's data processor.

We update this policy when our practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
